The Last Tycoon by F. Scott Fitzgerald

The Last Tycoon

Modeled on the Hollywood producer Irving Thalberg, Monroe Stahr runs a studio at the height of the picture business while his own health fails. Fitzgerald died before finishing it, and the manuscript was published the year after his death.
